Ingredients
  

  • Club soda or tonic water
  • Fresh lime lemon, and orange slices
  • Fresh mint basil, or rosemary
  • Simple syrup 1:1 sugar and water
  • Ice cubes
  • For Each Cocktail:
  • Citrus-Mint Fizz
  • 2 oz vodka
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Soda water
  • Berry Basil Cooler
  • 3 strawberries or raspberries
  • 3 basil leaves
  • 2 oz rum
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Tonic water
  • Ginger Sparkler Non-Alcoholic Option
  • 2 oz Seedlip Spice 94 or substitute with white grape juice + a dash of bitters
  • Juice of ½ orange
  • 2 oz ginger beer
  • Tools:
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Muddler or the back of a spoon
  • Citrus juicer
  • Highball martini, or rocks glasses

Instructions
 

  • Citrus-Mint Fizz
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Add a handful of fresh mint leaves and gently muddle to release the aroma.
  • Fill the shaker with ice, then shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  • Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  • Top with soda water and garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.
  • Berry Basil Cooler
  • In a glass, muddle strawberries (or raspberries) with basil leaves.
  • Add rum and simple syrup, then squeeze in lemon juice.
  • Fill the glass with ice and stir well.
  • Top with tonic water and garnish with fresh basil and sliced berries.
  • Ginger Sparkler (Non-Alcoholic Option)
  • Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  • Add Seedlip Spice 94 (or substitute) and orange juice.
  • Pour ginger beer over the top and stir gently.
  • Garnish with an orange slice and rosemary sprig.
