Overnight oats are a perfect make-ahead breakfast that’s rich in fiber, antioxidants, and omega-3s. Simply mix ingredients, let them sit overnight, and wake up to a delicious, nutritious meal!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries
  • 1 tbsp nut butter optional

Instructions
 

  • In a jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and honey.
  • Stir well and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir the mixture again and top with fresh berries.
  • Optionally, add a spoonful of nut butter for extra protein and flavor.

Notes

Use steel-cut oats for a chewier texture.
Swap almond milk for coconut milk for a richer flavor.
