chia seeds

honey or maple syrup

strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries

Instructions
In a jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and honey.
Stir well and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir the mixture again and top with fresh berries.
Optionally, add a spoonful of nut butter for extra protein and flavor.
Notes
Use steel-cut oats for a chewier texture.
Swap almond milk for coconut milk for a richer flavor.
