  • Rolling pin or food processor (for crushing Oreos)
  • Microwave

Ingredients

  • 5 Oreo cookies classic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup 60 ml milk (whole or 2%)
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Optional: 2/3 tbsp melted chocolate or ganache for topping

Instructions

  • Lightly grease a microwave-safe mug (10–12 oz recommended).

  • In a small bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  • Stir in the milk until a smooth batter forms.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared mug.
  • Microwave for 60 to 90 seconds, depending on your microwave’s wattage (start with 60 seconds for 1200W, up to 90 seconds for 800W).
  • Let the mug cake cool for about 30 seconds.
  • Add your favorite toppings like whipped cream, chocolate sauce, or ice cream.
  • Grab a spoon and enjoy your gooey, chocolatey Oreo treat!

Notes

For best results, use classic Oreo cookies (avoid double-stuffed).
Experiment with different Oreo flavors like mint, peanut butter, or red velvet for fun variations.
Don’t overcook! Start at 60 seconds and add time only if the cake is still wet in the center.
Want an extra gooey center? Add a dollop of peanut butter or Nutella before microwaving.
Perfect for portion control – no need to bake a whole cake to satisfy your sweet tooth!
