I’m just a food-obsessed mom who once set off the smoke alarm while making toast (true story). But after years of kitchen experiments—some successful, some questionable—I finally figured out how to make cooking feel less stressful and more like an everyday win.

How It Started

I grew up watching my mom and grandma whip up incredible meals with what seemed like magic (or at least a secret ingredient they never told me about). I was mesmerized but also very impatient. As a kid, my “helping” usually involved sneaking cookie dough when no one was looking.

Fast forward to adulthood—between work, family life, and raising two very opinionated eaters, I realized I needed recipes that actually worked:
✔ Simple enough for busy days
✔ Delicious enough to get my kids to eat veggies without protest
✔ Quick enough that I don’t lose my sanity before dinner

Why I Started PanoramaRecipes

After one too many “Mom, this is gross” moments at the dinner table, I got serious about meal planning, kitchen hacks, and flavor-packed recipes that make life easier.

One day, my husband casually said, “You should start a blog.” I laughed. Then I did it.

Now, through PanoramaRecipes, I share:
